Konuşma, çeviri ve seslendirme
Mikrofon izni verdiğinizde Dilli, konuşmanızı metne dönüştürmek için cihazınızdaki Android konuşma tanıma hizmetini kullanır. Seçilen hizmet, sesinizi işlemek üzere kendi sunucularına gönderebilir. Konuşma tanımanın tüm cihazlarda çevrimdışı gerçekleştiği garanti edilmez.
Tanınan metin, Google ML Kit dil modelleriyle cihaz üzerinde çevrilir. Gerekli modeller internet üzerinden indirilir. Çeviriyi seslendirmek için Android metin okuma hizmeti kullanılır. Seçilen ses internet gerektiriyorsa metin, ses hizmeti sağlayıcısına aktarılabilir.
Dilli kendi konuşma arşivini veya geliştiriciye ait bir ses/metin sunucusunu kullanmaz. Ses hizmetlerinin işlemesi ve saklaması, cihazınızda seçili sağlayıcının politikasına ve ayarlarınıza bağlıdır. Sağlayıcıyı Android konuşma tanıma ve metin okuma ayarlarından kontrol edebilirsiniz.
İzinler, bildirimler ve konuşma kontrolü
Dilli 0.1.6, ses işlemesini ilk kullanımda uygulama içinde açıklar. Mikrofon izni yalnızca konuşmayı başlatmayı seçtiğinizde istenir. İzin vermek tek başına kaydı başlatmaz; konuşma düğmesine yeniden basmanız gerekir. İki yönde de konuşmayı siz başlatırsınız. Uygulama arka plana geçtiğinde dinleme durur; otomatik konuşma arşivi oluşturulmaz.
Mikrofon ve ses yönlendirme erişimi konuşma ve bağlı kulaklık kullanımı içindir. Dilli kamera, konum, kişi listesi veya fotoğraf erişimi istemez; Bluetooth cihaz taraması yapmaz. Bu sürüm bildirim göndermez ve bildirim izni istemez. Ses tanıma ve seslendirme hizmetlerinin ağ kullanımı seçili sağlayıcıya bağlıdır.

Teknik veriler ve hizmet sağlayıcıları
Google ML Kit; kurulum tanımlayıcıları, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, kullanılan diller, işlem olayları, performans ve hata bilgilerini tanılama ve kullanım analizi için işler. İlgili Firebase bileşenleri kurulum, ülke, dil ve saat dilimi bilgilerini de işleyebilir. Google, bu SDK verilerinin HTTPS ile aktarıldığını bildirir. Cihazda tutulan tercihler ve silme

Speech, translation and spoken output
After you grant microphone permission, Dilli uses your device's Android speech recognition service to convert speech to text. The selected service may send audio to its servers for processing. Speech recognition is not guaranteed to work offline on every device.
Recognized text is translated on your device using Google ML Kit language models. Required models are downloaded over the internet. Android's text-to-speech service reads translations aloud. If the selected voice requires a network connection, text may be transferred to the speech service provider.
Dilli does not maintain its own conversation archive or a developer-operated audio/text server. Processing and retention by speech services depend on the selected provider's policy and your settings. You can check the provider in Android's speech recognition and text-to-speech settings.
Permissions, notifications and conversation control
Dilli 0.1.6 explains speech processing in the app before first use. Microphone permission is requested only when you choose to start speaking. Granting permission does not start recording; you must press the talk control again. You initiate each direction of the conversation. Listening stops when the app moves to the background; Dilli does not create a conversation archive.
Microphone and audio-routing access support speech and connected headsets. Dilli does not request camera, location, contacts or photo access and does not scan for Bluetooth devices. This version does not send notifications or request notification permission. Network processing by speech recognition and text-to-speech services depends on the selected provider.
You can open this policy and the phone’s app permission settings from Sound settings. Inform the other participant about how their speech is processed.
Technical data and service providers
Google ML Kit processes installation identifiers, device and app information, languages, processing events, performance and error information for diagnostics and usage analytics. Related Firebase components may also process installation, country, language and time-zone information. Google reports that these SDK data are transmitted using HTTPS. Local preferences and deletion
Language, voice and speech-disclosure acceptance preferences are stored in the app's settings on your device. If Android backup is enabled, these preferences may be included in system backups. You can clear Dilli's data in Android app settings to remove local preferences and app data, and revoke microphone permission. Manage system backups and speech-provider data through the relevant service's settings. SDK and speech-service retention periods are governed by the respective provider's policies.
Accounts, payments and advertising
Dilli does not require an account and contains no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. It is purchased once through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment; you do not enter card details into Dilli.
Contact and updates
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond to your request. You may send privacy or deletion requests to the same address. For data managed by a provider outside Dilli, you may need to use that provider's request process. This policy is updated when the app's practices change; the latest date appears at the top.
